The issue in GetHuman-felixcam's own words
today *:**am cst ordered Lyft (utilize * days a week).driver at the wrong location for pick up (was one block north of my address). i called and offered to assist with directions, driver said would be at my location shortly.waited*waited no driver.called the driver back no answer,driver canceled thereafter(being * minute away) unprofessional not to mention extremely late for an important meeting.in * year I've spent over $*,***.**.feel free to review my acct & confirm. requesting this be addressed.again driver was less then * minute away at the "wrong" location. a **.** discount voucher isn't a fix towards a ride.
