I scheduled Lyft to pick up my employee this morning. My pick up window was *:**a to *:**a I let my employee know that she had to be in front no later than *:**a She let me know that she was up front at *:**a waiting for the driver. I then received notification at *:** saying that I was being charged a $** no show fee. I immediately called my employee and told her that I was being charged a $** no show fee. She said that she’s been up front waiting and no one showed up to get her. I don’t feel that I should be charged $** when my employee was in fron waiting for the driver.
