I didnt get the first time credit I was owed. Also the fare was more than it initially said it would be.

Help with my Lyft issue

Hello there. *I have only used Lyft one time. It was all the way back in December ** ****. Uber said the ride would cost me $**. I decided to try Lyft because I had a code for a first time user. Not only did the code not give me a credit, it still was $*more than what uber would have cost me. With Lyft it cost me $**.**,and the ride was just down the street from me on bremner.... I was expecting to get the first time discount so i decided to use Lyft instead of uber....since it was my first time using Lyft. After my ride I then sent Lyft an email explaining my situation and i never heard back. This was back in December ****. Whenever I have an issue with uber. They have the best customer service and always deal with my email immediately and i am left very satisfied. Instant refunds if they know they or there driver messed up, etc. I was very disappointed in my one time experience with Lyft and have not tried them since. To be honest I see the $* credit offer keep popping up on my email but i dont even trust it since my last poor experience with Lyft. Promised a discount and never received one. Unless Lyft offers me some type of very good refund or something I will continue to use uber. Is there anything that can be done. Thanks for your time. *Matthias

I expected good service. And I have not heard back from anyone at Lyft.
