I am a first time Lyft user and needed to use your service to get to and from somewhere. My Lyft driver taking me to my destination was first lost, which I don’t find to be a big deal, but second needed to “make a pit stop” and left me in his car for a solid ** minutes. Finally he got back to his vehicle and we finally made our way to my destination. When I finished what I needed to do I requested another ride back home. The driver who picked me up had a filthy car and had to move things out of the seat for me to sit down. When I did sit down he has his seat so far back I couldn’t move my legs. This is exactly why I have avoided using these kinds of services and now regret using your services. I spent over $** on your service and I deeply regret that. Extremely overpriced for what I got. I want a refund. I don’t want a free ride, I want a refund.
