I never did hear from LYFT, so the issues was not resolved.

We have a business account with you and request rides for our senior client. We requested a pick-up for a client on ****** at *:**, naming the location of the pick-up and an adjacent building by the pick-up location. The driver cancelled the ride, charged us *.** and said the client was a no-show. He did not contact the number given him. We had to order UBER for the pick-up for our client. His name was Gerald. He drove a Dodge Durango Black GRB****.
GetHuman967216 did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
