Help with my Lyft issue

Hello yesterday i ordered a lyft and i had to make a stop before my last destination and i put two stops when I requested it and when i came back out the store the lyft driver left me when she said she was parking by the fireline where she let me out at i called her plenty of times she didnt answer then answered and hung up so not only did i have to pay extra to make a extra stop i still didnt reach my last destination and i had to pay for another lyft driver ro come pick me up and take me to my last destination that she was suppose to take me to so i would like a refund due to the fact she left me and i didnt get to go where i needed to be and i paid for it she needs to be fired
