get a refund on money charged faster than i could find out in the page how to go back and cancel! when they got the Wrong info! ... i was trying to find out about setting a ride for another day it got my info wrong and stated to send a driver and it took me time to find how to cancel and they charged me $* because it took * minutes to cancel? I tried and tried. to find out how because all information was wrong,! there is NO easy way to find how to cancel!! it was Not *minutes! I’m older and info got typed wrong! but I had trouble to -go back- and cancel not easily found!
their web page is not easy to navigate when just wanting to find out about how much or distance NOT to hire!
return my $* dollars and improve page for inquiries!!
