The issue in GetHuman-hassano's own words
I haven’t used Lyft driver about in over a month or two. I got a new phone number and went on the app to update the number and once I did that, a bunch of weird things started happening. First, it made me “finish” completing my application to start driving, which made no sense at all because I’ve been driving with Lyft for a while. Then, the driver photo I was using for months got changed to the one it was before. And now, the app is telling me that my account is deactivated and to check my email for further information. Nothing was sent to my email. I also emailed Lyft support twice so they can help me out and I still haven’t gotten a response.
GetHuman-hassano did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
