The issue in GetHuman-angelnow's own words
Had already paid for transportation with Lyft. When I reached my destination point the appointment I went for was cancelled. There was NO WAY to contact Lyft in order to change my pick up time. In the meantime, there was an emergency at home but I was STUCK. Lyft HAS NO "EMERGENCY PLAN" THAT I KNOW OF -NOR- CAN YOU REACH THEM BY PHONE. POOR SET UP - WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL NEVER REFER THEM!
GetHuman-angelnow did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
