The funds of $*. ** was taken off of my card for a ride that I cancelled at *: ** a. M. Eastern time on July **th ****. From my understanding I thought I was not supposed to be charged until the ride showed up but to no avail I was charged.The ride never showed up because I canceled ** seconds after I ordered it. I would like my funds replaced please. I did however order another Lyft ride around *: ** a. M. If you could please could you fix this discrepancy? Thank you
