I just want to be able to go and come home and I don't know what is going on I don't know if my credit has been issued and I've been given to different places and one of them was outrageous I could take a can take a cab safer for Less, at least I can call them. ... Hi my name is Nichole Douglas.. Lyft NEVER CONTACTED ME...this is my first time using Lyft and I need a round-trip I scheduled already I don't know if I'm getting that. And they quoted me * diff prices. I could take a cab for cheaper. It's literally * miles from here I also don't know if my credit has been issued. I went to cancel it because I'm not sure what's going on but they said that driver I've already confirmed my ride and I didn't want to get a cancellation fee. I don't even know how much I'm paying. My phone number ***-***-****.. I need to know something before * in the morning today. I'm supposed to leave at *ish. I never to contacted by Lyft.. I'm up at this hour because i can't sleep over it.. I don't think I want to do this again, they have no way of contacting them. I don't know if it's safe even yeah, I'm sort of scared now. Because I have to go this morning and I have to come home and I don't want to be charged this outrageous rice or whatever if they charge me this one price they gave me two different prices.. the worst there is no phone number and they never got in contact with me when my ride was scheduled yesterday for this morning. In a nutshell all of it, I have no idea what I'm doing.
I want to know before * a.m. if I'm going to be brought home and how much I'm paying. I need a little peace of mind before I go into a car with a stranger and no way of calling anyone.
Because I can use lifts every week at least once or twice a week, I can always pay I am a very very lovely person. I even got a friend of mine a ride around trip I bought it for her because she was stuck that she needed to go to the doctor and back but I don't know how it was done. I have a big heart and I do that for people.. that's how I got credits.
I've written a couple of times I even tried to cancel the trip I was just going to call a cab but they said that this man is already confirmed and I think I can get a cancellation fee it says. I don't want to throw money away.
