Help with my Lyft issue

The issue in GetHuman-dianejvt's own words
Get a ride to the airport using the promo code that your company provided to me. ... When I ordered Lyft for the first time, I was given a promo code of RIDE***. There was no way*place to insert this first time promo code, and I needed the ride within the next*** minutes. I tried unsuccessfully and had to order the ride without the promo discount which is very discouraging for a first time rider. I feel I deserve the $**.** credit which was offered in the promo code. I had a pleasant ride, the driver was very good and I would like to continue using Lyft if customer service will help me.
This is another stupid question. Apply the credit.
Credit my Amex account for the $** you promised with promo code RIDE***.
Perhaps you might explain why you are a good company. Apparently there are many other customers who have been provided a promo code by lyft only to find that it is not honored by you. This feels like a scam...
Tried asking the driver, tried finding a phone number to call lyft and actually talk to a person, tried contacting you by email. And what I received was this stupid reply called "get human" whereby there is still no response from a human.
