I requested a ride to drive me from (Sheraton Tribeca - *** Canal St., New York to Penn Station for my bus at *:**PM. I expected to arrive by *:**PM, but I ran out the time and I had to run to catch the bus with all my bags - all because of a terrible Lyft experience.*Our driver took us in the wrong direction, drove recklessly, and made a U turn against the rules. He started driving us south even though we were going from soho to Penn station. We questioned him and he said it's a different route via highway, which would be quickly arriving Penn station. At this point I knew direction was totally wrong and I called my daughter, but she did not pick up my call. The driver said we requested the car to Brooklyn, when we clearly did not. I said "No" and double checked with the address we input. He said the address showed in his app was different. I told him we had to arrive there by *:**PM for my bus. He drove and said he knew the directions and did not need to follow the gps in the map. He picked up us at *:**PM and dropped us off at *:**PM, taking a roundabout method. ** I thought we would miss the bus if we left the car and ran on the street to the bus. And to boot, lyft charged us more than expected for this ride. For this drivers reckless driving, lies, and blatant disrespect for customers, I hope that you can make this right for me.**Please review the request path and the drive path with the charge.
