Hi,**I was charged a $* cancellation fee TWICE, once on June **th and again on July *th - both times I was right where I was supposed to be, very visible and patient, and the driver was nowhere to be seen when the cancellation fee came and I had to re-request a ride. I probably would have forgot to contest it, if it had happened only once, but it happened again, and in both cases I was super vigilant and responsible. I don't use ride shares often, so when I do I am paying full attention to what I am doing. I should be refunded $** and get a free ride for my emotional distress.**Thank you,*-Adam****-***-****
