Sunday, July **-I was waiting for my ride in front of my address at **** NW **th St,Seattle,WA-watched for driver arrival, screen said my car was here - - But it was no where to be seen. I called the call button to talk to driver. I said "If you are on **th as GPS shows , you should be at **th St. He said OK. Then my screen said my ride was cancelled and I would be charged $*.**. Now I was late for church and did not know what to do so I had to run top get the city bus. This is the second time this has happen to me. I have to be able to depend on a ride when I call. If your driver cannot come to th correct address it is HIOS fault not mind. I will not accept this $ *.** fee. I was at my address and the driver was NOT!
I trust that Lyft will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
