This morning I had ordered a ride for Lyft to pick me up and was late to work even though I had scheduled ** min ahead of time. Then I got to work and found out there was another Lyft driver waiting at my house. He called me asking where I was. I told him I was at work. I said I had no idea that Lyft had scheduled and extra ride, he said "no problem I will cancel the $** fee." Then Lyft charged me anyway!! I have never encountered such horrible service in one day! Late to work and now charged for a fee when I didn't even schedule that extra ride. I want a refund. That not right!
