This issue is marked fixed and it hasn't been fixed. I have to pay for all charges if I don't have a receipt. Can someone please help with that? I can't believe you don't have a customer serviice number for corporations that need assistance.

I have to submit expenses and I am not sure who took the ride with my card but it was around the time of our annual conference. Is it possible just to have the first name of the individual so I may reach out for a receipt? If not I will personally have to pay for the charges.
