My account got deactivated about two months ago because a rider wanted me to go and pick up his friends * miles off the original route. I asked the rider to add the next stop on app the rider told me that he is going to pay me cash for getting the original route I explained to the rider that I don't take cash payment from the rider but I get paid Lyft through my account. The rider got upset telling me that other drivers take cash payment, and he became angry and got off the car halfway to the destination stating " I'm going to accuse you to the Lyft and you will never drive again. The within a week my account was deactivated. I went to Los Angeles hub to find out and I was told that * people complained about me. So can somebody review my case and let me know how can I get back to the road again. Or what suggestions does Lyft has for me?
