On ** July **** approximately **:** I requested a Lyft ride from Hilton Starbucks across from George R Brown Convention Center to Westin Galleria. The driver did not understand English. We were considering cancelling because we did not see the driver, Manuel. But we found Manuel and he took us to our hotel. We did not pay him - thought it was on my Lyft account. The ride cost was $**.**. When I checked my account there was no charge. And a note saying Manuel had cancelled. How do I go about paying Manuel for his service. Thank you. Beverly H. Anderson
