I tried to use Lyft yesterday and had a terrible experience. I received a **% off notification by email. I was excited to use it Sunday night. So I entered my phone * and the code they texted. Another address came up in destination so I entered ord. It said it would be ** minutes for him to arrive. I have never waited that long. He calls after ** minutes and ask where I am. He says he is at the Hilton. I am freaking out. He said that was the address given. I call * minutes later and ask where he is. Stuck in traffic. I call again in * minutes. Does not answer. Then he calls me and said I should cancel cuz he doesn’t know when he will arrive. I can’t get Lyft to work cuz I have an order. I then use Uber. They are there in * minutes. But it cost me a fortune cuz I had to use *Uber x.*What a frustrating night. I thought I was getting a good deal- but I was screwed. I have nothing good to say about your app. You better go back and rethink your plan.
