I requested a Lyft ahead of time shortly after *am ******. I requested pick up time for *am when I was off work. The app sent message & informed me that the Lyft Driver would arrive at *am. I was waiting outside of my work & I checked my phone & received another notification from Lyft at *:** AM PST Informing me that my Driver would arrive at my location in * minutes. Assuming that were the case then the Driver would have arrived at *:** AM. I requested Lyft ahead of time specifically for *:** AM & was notified by Lyft that the Driver would arrive at *:** AM. I was waiting & when at *:** AM Lyft informed me that the Driver was * minutes away I cancelled the ride. I was charged $** & I don't get why. I requested a Lyft ahead of time for a specific time & was notified by Lyft a driver would be there at the time, not ** minutes or more past the requested & confirmed by Lyft time. I want my money returned to my card. I requested Lyft ahead of time for *am & Lyft informed me a driver would be there at *am. Not at *:**AM or later.
