The issue in GetHuman-davisham's own words
My lyft app did not credit me for * rides between *:** & *:**. I was in downtown Sacramento and the lyft system started losing service and connection. Allowing me to accept a ride then freezing and not completing the ride request multiple times in a row while still dropping my acceptance rate and not giving me credit for accepting the ride and driving to the location to pick the rider up. It was consistent and then at almost *pm it went back to normal but never gave me credit for the rides that I accepted and fulfilled. My toddler has been very ill, admitted into the hospital and has now been released which is why as of Wednesday evening I was able to continue my work schedule. I can complete ANOTHER * rides by tonight but I really need assistance fixing this so my express rental can be renewed and I can get back on the road PLEASE help me
