I requested a lyft to get home tonight around *pm. Your driver was very rude and had another man in the front seat telling him where to go on the Navi. He was very rude and tried taking the long way back you hpuse, we would be made a complete circle. It was unnecessary and I guess he wanted to take the long way so I'll be charged more, thats what it seemed like. His driving was terrible too btw. He's arguing with me bc I tell him what way is faster. He was trying to make me look foolish saying i dont know where I am going. I don't appreciate the way he talked to me or the way he was driving. Him and his buddy thought it was funny apparently bc they thought I had no clue where I was going. I was born and raised in this city so I Do now where my home is and which way is faster. I felt like he wanted to go the longest way possible so I'll be charged more money. That I really don't appreciate. I use you giys on a daily, especially the * days a week that i work. I use you guys to get to work and to get back home. I've never had a problem with one of your drivers until now. I feel like I shouldnt have to pay for this trip bc it was completely disrespectful in every way. I spend a lot of money with to guys and have no problem paying when there's no problem which I've never had before until now. I wols lile for yall to resume my money for this trip $*.** is the total amount. If yall dont refund me my money I will gladly take my money elsewhere and me and my family never use yall again. I wpuld hate to have to do that bc I do like yall and the rates yall charge but I'm sorry this last ride was uncalled for and i dont think i should have to pay for the horrible service i received.* Thank you for reading,* Erica Llorente (***) ***-****
