On July *st **** at **:** pm I was charged by Visal $**.** for a ride I never ordered or took. Pick up was Mystic Lake in Prior Lake, destination concord street South Saint Paul. I wasn't in Prior Lake to even be picked up there. He called asking of my whereabouts upon which I informed him of mistake and miscommunication. He cancelled the ride upon which I was charged $**.**. I would gladly appreciate it if Lyft or Visal would kindly refund me my money. Thank you
