Lyft doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-perretti will need to dig through the advice provided by Lyft, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Driver drove right past me. Went around the corner and waited. I called him and said he passed me right by. He said "what the **** you talking about I'm sitting right next you" . I took a screenshot of his location. Then I got charged. **This is why I don't take Lyft if I can help it. **I feel like there needs to be a way to hold drivers accountable for trying to scam customers with the two minute wait or cancel when they are not at the right location. If I get a $* penalty for canceling then I should get credits from drivers that cancel on me.
