Help with my Lyft issue
GetHuman-lyamaguc's next move: find and follow the right step-by-step guide.
Lyft doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-lyamaguc will need to dig through the advice provided by Lyft, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. The issue in GetHuman-lyamaguc's own words
I took a lyft line ride, and selected it because the price was $*. However when I arrived to my destination, the charge to my account was $**. Lyft states that my fare was $** and they added prime time charges (that had not been indicated to me in the original fare statement) that is ***% more. There was a discount for selecting lyft line, but none of those charges reflected the original amount quoted. This was a misrepresentation of the ride fare advertised to me and that I had agreed upon at the outset. Had it been indicated the true price of the fare from the beginning, I would have been able to make a choice of using public transit or calling a friend instead. I just don't have the income for this.
GetHuman-lyamaguc did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
