I’m not questioning my charges in Orlando but I don’t understand them. Under my trip I see clear charge information but, my Amex bill is a different story. I see several charges for the same trip an most don’t add up to the charges under my trips. It seems the driver don’t tell you if they are changing the price an can do so at will. When they make a direction mistake they charge the customer for their error. I know the driver on one trip from universal park to my resort went at least ** minutes out of his way but I couldn’t tell him because he spoke no English this was my *rd trip so I knew where I was but had never seen this route. Anyhow, I am confused an would like to see your charges match my Amex bill. Will at some point I get one Amex charge for each trip? Will at some point all my pending trips go away? This was my first time using Lyft an. It renting a car so it’s a experiment. So far it was mostly s good experience but the bill is a nightmare so far.
