I order a shared lyft ride for someone the driver got there and give him a hard time about it being a shared & he needed to have someone with him. Which is not the case with a shared rides! So bc the driver gave him such a hard time he got out of the car. Well I was still charged for the ride which I shouldn’t of been bc he didn’t get the ride plus I got charged the * dollar cancellation fee which I think shouldn’t of happen bc the driver is the cause of the problem. I would like both fees refunded bank into my account today please. I was charged when I shouldn’t of been. Thank you
