I requested lyft ride by phone app. Could not figure out how to set pickup time needed which was **:** am today so I called l pressed call driver it called the drivers cell phone he answered I explained that my wife didnt need picked up until **:** am he said that was to long of a time frame and that i needed to cancel ,so did and called my bank and was already charged $ **.** on my card my concern is when I call back at **:** like driver said to do I will get a different driver and my card will be charged twice. If this happens I will never use lyft again. Some one please call ,text me on this matter asap. If that not possible e-mail me at R*****@***.com thank you
