i’ve canceled my trip this morning to the Canton center with your driver and I was charged $** simply because I canceled the trip twice and the driver has not cancel the trip on his end and I am on able to request another Lyft ride. I need those charges to be reversed as the driver made the wrong turn and in result missed my train to go into work. Please give me a call at ***–***-****. Thank you
