I prepared for a scheduled ride ******* set for *:**. Then the client canceled the trip. Well I got up early to be ready, you showed the map route down around St Mary’ Hospital so I was down there and ready for your text of the exact address. I wasted my time and my gas being there ready for text which was a cancellation. Not happy , did not even get a cancellation fee. Maybe I was to wait at home for the text, please advise Carol. *I have another scheduled ride with same client , hope you gave him same message about me depending on this ride being completed. I f this one does not work out I will not do another till later down the road when you iron out the wrinkles.
I trust that Lyft will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
