I have no problem releasing the necessary data so that compensation is made possible. ... My complaint is that in good faith, I authorized a method of payment to be applied to my bank debit card on Lyft driver App, (payout info. tab)I filled out the w-* form also submitted it. I expected an amt. of ***.** go directly to my card account, "that did not happen". Your policy says that payday is on Tuesday-*pm, bnk routing * and acct* was not made available for accessible via your e-system. I am requesting that you make my concern a matter of priority to tell me was it necessary to record both forms of account information, if so why did I not have access to the bank routing info. I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter.
It is frustrating to say the least considering the fact that it takes money to make money, release the money and more can be widely distributed.
Things could be made right by simply using what you have on file, my bank master card account number, issuance date and three digit code, send my earning through that channel.
If you are referring to how long I been a driver for Lyft, not long, I had the pleasure of transporting ** passengers and look forward to providing many with a safe commute. Transportation*Public relations, it's a noble career path I think.
