Hi my name is Madison medeiros. I had recently taken a trip with you guys and I guess my boyfriends phone fell out of his pocket while we were getting out. I had contacted the driver through the lyft app and noticed a $** charge if they had found it and to bring it back. Not a problem, unfortunately what the issue is the driver insisted I give him $** not $** because he lives in Hamilton. I take lyft because I do not drive, there would be no possible way for me to get up there. I am very displeased that he refused to give me the phone unless I give him $** when the lyft app says $**. He had told me he will not give me the phone for that price, I did not know that lyft drivers were such scammers. I had stopped messaging him and came directly here. I have screenshots of our conversation if you guys need them. I would like you guys to get the phone for me and to talk to this driver. We should not have to bargain price range for our items.
