How GetHuman798192 fixed the problem
I prayed and let My Lord and Savior come to my rescue. In Jesus name. They finally, responded to me. They were back up because, of all of the complaints they are receiving. I was able to tap into my promoes* that way, I will not lose my coupon that will expire this month. I was told I would not lose the rest of my credits. Hope this helps.
