I called around *:** because I did not get a cancellation fee for a person who canceled for minutes after I'd already started to proceed to get him I took a route to the highway which was one minute longer than the route to the highway use had List It because just down the road from me on the way that you had to list it they had road construction with a **-minute delay I was in heavy traffic I called the gentleman did say he was going to give me credit on your part for a cancellation fee. I tried to tell him that this was a real bad situation when it was canceled cuz I was already on the highway to get him. He took the attitude with me that I should have called the customer which I tried to explain to him I try it was going to but I was in busy traffic with no place to pull over to do it at that particular moment and it would have only taken another minute to get to him. After telling him this he got cocky with me and told me that he would have called the customer anyway which means he's telling Lyft drivers heavy traffic or not which is dangerous and in some areas illegal. Then he proceeded to tell me when I told him he needed to address this with you guys that he was going to give me a one-time cancellation credit and proceeded to ask me do you want the credit or not again in a cocky attitude. I have went out of my way for Lyft customers to get them credits that I did not have to get them for various things in the past I have never dealt with people that have treated me the way this gentleman has and quite honestly it sounds like he doesn't want to be working for Lyft maybe you need to get rid of him especially if he's telling people to call the customer when they're busy traffic. This sort of attitude that he had towards me will not be tolerated it should not be tolerated by anybody especially when I did nothing wrong. I would hope I would get an apology.
