I received a Lyft gift certificate for my birthday in December of ****. I've only used *** and just got notification that it expires next week! Most gift certificates are good for a year, this is absurd and I would like an extension for a full year or to be redeemed the difference of the unused balance. As a business owner, I would not offer gift cards or credits if you are not will to honor them for at least * year from the purchase date AND I would certainly make sure the person receiving the gift has been notified and excepted those terms in writing to prevent customer discord.
GetHuman-sofijo did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
