My lyft driver said his phone was about to die and he didn’t have a charger and wasn’t sure how we would get to the destination if his phone died and didn’t know how I would be charged if his phone died. He said I could not use the trunk for my luggage and I was being picked up from the airport and I had one large and one small suitcase. I have never had an experience with lyft like this in the past.
