The issue in GetHuman-jackgrah's own words
I had bought a Lyft gift card that should have credited **$ automatically to the account, however my default payment address was from another city, not from the city I was requesting Lyft from, so the only way I was able to actually get the one request for the ride to go through was to turn my GPS off and then the app would allow it. But instead of charging the Lyft credit like I paid for, it ended up charging my card anyways, and then * rides later, the Lyft credit started to work but only after it charged my card twice . Which is not what I was intending for it to do, is there anything that can be done about the Lyft still charging my card * fares even after paying for the Lyft credit?
GetHuman-jackgrah did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
