Help with my Lyft issue

Seems I am being neglected*shunned from employment with LYFT. I applied and all was good until the background check came in from Sterling in S.F. According to your agents criteria, any hindering events have well p***ed at this point in time according to the * year record used by Sterling. I have been re-applying from time to time but keep getting an electronic one stock reply " ... we do not wish to move forward with your application at this time." It is 'time' now to see that all criteria satisfies Sterling, and employ my services please.
GetHuman-bsmyth did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
