My insurance card has me stated as a secondary driver and since there are * drivers on the insurance, my name is not in the main ID card. * days ago I was able to use a live chat support and I sent them the main ID card and my proof of insurance from my insurance provider. The person on chat support said that that was good enough but I ended up sending him the old insurance that is now expiring. **I now cannot find a time when there is a live chat support on the website and have been trying to upload multiple photos of the insurance but neither have been successful. *Can you help me ?
