The issue in GetHuman-klwade's own words
On June * I purchased a lyft gc and up loaded to my lyft acct. On June * at a little after *am EST I scheduled a ride. It showed up as **.** with a slash through it and above it free ride listed. **So of course I submitted the ride. Well, my actual bank card was charged. And instead of **.** which is what it showed up as it was charged $**. I need that reversed and **.** taken from my gc not my bank card. This needs to be done ASAP. **It's ridiculous y'all do not have a phone number for someone to call you. If it's not resolved immediately, I will take this futher. I did not authorize $** to be taken from any card. The amount I agreed upon was $**.** & since it had a slash through it with free ride above it, I was under the impression it was coming from my gc. This needs to be corrected immediately.
GetHuman-klwade did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
