Last summer I was driving in cape and I had issue with my app and my phone. The trip would automatically start before I arrive at the pick up location so I would have to cancel it since I wasn’t there yet to pick and sometime it would just end the drip before I arrive at the drop off location. I contacted you guys many time but no action was taken instead my account was deactivated
GetHuman-uwaleed did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
