The app wouldn't match me with a car, I tried to cancel several times and it would not load. So a driver eventually showed up but i didn't need it anymore, after the driver picked the ride it allowded me to cancel and it charged me a fee. I refuse to pay it because the app glitched
GetHuman-franklui did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
