I have my credit card on file on my cell phone with Lyft and it has been working fine. It is a pre-paid card. I reloaded last night with $*** at Walmart. It’s a My Vanilla Card Master Card.**Now Lyft won’t accept it. This is causing great problems for me!**I don’t have a car and right now I have to depend on the service to get around!**I need immediate help! **I have tried to delete the card and the system won’t allow me to do that! I can’t get Lyft rides until the problem is fixed!**For the time being I have no choice but to use your competitor Uber! This is not good for you and it’s not good for me! Uber is more expensive!**Please respond to me immediately!**The cell phone number is ***-***-**** if you have to help me while using the phone. My son’s name is Matt Freeman. That is his cell number. That is the number used to call the Lyfts and he has the number of the card. **If you want to talk about the purchase of the $*** from Walmart call ***-***-****. **I would appreciate an immediate call as he needs to use transportation service tomorrow morning (******). * am CST. He is available this evening at ** pm CST.
