Help with my Lyft issue

So the driver i was signed to pick me me arrived to the pick location which was erin mills station and when he saw me i didnt get open the door he just drove off. When i called i said him excuse me why did you drive off he said because im black ,im very upset because this my * time using lyft and these are the types off drives you guys have . On top that you guys took ** out of my account when i didnt even take the ride . I would like a full refund please and thank you .
