On May **th I took a line (share) ride from *** Central Park West to *** Park Ave S.. The driver was all over the place from westside to east from *th to *nd and *rd, going one way and then circling back. I hadn't paid much attention to the charge thinking it was a shared ride and I would be charged much like Via, so you can imagine my surprise when the final charge came to $**.** even with the discount. Please explain your pricing policy and why I was charged such an exorbitant amount. Also would like an explanation of why there was a discount. And if my ride was based on time and miles, I am asking for a refund as the driver's route was all over the place. Please get back to me. I'd prefer a verbal and written explanation.
