On May ** I requested a ride to the airport. Michelle arrived and was polite and friendly. She took me to the wrong entrance of the airport. it was in the back at a private airport entrance. Michelle driver was flustered and complaining about the GPS. She drove around lost for awhile, and we arrived at the entrance ** minutes later. We had a polite exchange. she told me that she would file a report that day with Lyft and I should do the same. She was very clear that I should rate her separately from the GPS problem. I have made * different attempts to contact LYFT re this issue and all I recieved was a note saying the fare was correct. If both the driver and the passengeger agree there was a routing problem why are you ingnoring my request for an explanation? Please respond
