The app malfunctioned. I had it off, had been offline for over two hours, home in my PJs watching TV when I hear a beeping on my phone on the end table near me (phone wasn't in my hand even) and I see I have a rider alert! Of course I am in my PJs and done driving for the night so I didn't know what to do. Next thing I know is it shows declined rider and hurt my acceptance rate big time! Formerly I was ***percent acceptance rate! I am VERY UNHAPPY AND FRUSTRATED! Then NO WAY to contact LYFT customer support? Crazy! All of their online "help" makes you choose a topic which isn't even close to what I need help with! This wasn't my fault! I was offline. I want my acceptance rate fixed! I had no control over that app putting me back online! I NEVER TOUCHED the slider to go back online and wasn't even in the app at the time! I think Lyft does this on purpose so they don't have to pay me for a bonus because now my acceptance rate is below the threshold to qualify for it! Ugh!
