Help with my Lyft issue

Lyft doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. The issue in GetHuman-tfschrag's own words
I was charged for a ride on June *, *.** that did not occur. I was charged *.** for the 'ride.' the driver cancelled. he did not pick me up. he did not deliver me to my destination, *** Cochituate Rd, Framingham, Mass despite your record that he did. note that I received no text messages for this, that the driver was almost at pick up site or was there.**I then ordered a second ride at at**.**, June *, to deliver me to the same destination as requested for first driver, *** cochituate rd, framingham, ma. the second driver did pick me up and I was delivered to *** cochituate, for a charge of *,**.**I obviously requested the second ride because the first ride didn't show up.. please reimburse my account for *.**. this occurred because your software malfunctioned.**Thomas Schrager
