I requested a ride around *:**am (June *th). My driver took much longer than estimated to pick me up, which led me to miss my *:** train even though the drive itself was only ** minutes. I have had similar experiences in the past. It seems like I really can't rely on Lyft to be part of my commute. Based on missing the estimates so badly, I would like a refund of this fare.**Also, the app crashed multiple times while I was trying to request the ride. I had to click through the screens quickly in order to request it without crashing. The last price I saw was $**.xx, but at the end I was charged $**.**.
